Peaceful ambience.

Room is very spacious. Located beside a hospital - which has an underground food court with delicious food at affordable price. Ambiance is peaceful.

I left my airpods in my room and the front desk staff retrieved for me and kept them for my brother to pick up. I really appreciated that. I have a late flight the next day they also let me pay by the hour so I can stay in my room longer pass check-out time.

Rooms could use some upgrades. I stayed here a few times throughout the past 10 years. The condition of the rooms continually went downhill every time I came back. There seems to be no upkeep whatsoever. Management just let the rooms deteriorate. I think some basic upgrades like repainting and replace some of the worn out furniture and fixtures could really help.

It was acceptable for its price.

The room is spacious but the furnitures and the deco are quite worn out. It was not like super clean but just acceptable. The price and the location made up the deficiency.

The parking lot entrance is electronically controlled but when we go out we have to go to the front desk and ask for manually gate opening. That is something the hotel can improve.

It was very cheap and we got upgraded. Opposite some cafe places and convenience stores.

Water wasn't hot so we had to have luke warm bath and it was 12C and raining outside so felt a bit miserable.

Room size is decent, front desk people were friendly. However, room hygiene needs improvement.

Front desk people were friendly, location served our purpose.

Room #401 had bed bugs/fleas that caused terrible bites during our stay. Will not use this hotel in the future.

The staff, themselves, did not recommend the breakfast due to price. There was no on-site breakfast and they used a catering service from other breakfast shop.

Didn't tidy up at all, even have garbage in the trashcan. Supposed to clean up before checking in. And the hair dryer is already broken, still let customer use it. Must change a new one.

Unbearable musty smell in the room due to high moisture and mold buildups and also because the hotel is on their last financial leg trying to save money by not circulating the room on a regular basis. The common such as hotel lobby and hallway needs a lot of cleaning.
